CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Festival is open to students performing in school music
ensembles and community ensembles (at the discretion of the
organisers).
2. Beginner groups are groups who are performing for the first
time in public.
3. All string areas are seamless.
4. A copy of each score with bars numbered must be submitted
for adjudication purposes one hour before scheduled
performance time.
5. Every ensemble will use the same seating plan which will
be sent to you after your entry is received. Under no
circumstances will this seating plan be altered to suit individual
ensembles.
6. Faxed entry forms sent without the entry fee will not be
accepted.
7. Entry fees are not refundable.
8. Streaming is allowed, eg, an advanced primary school student
can play in a secondary ensemble.
9. No amendments will be made to the schedule after
publication. Band directors have the option of indicating
preferred performance times on the entry form and these
requests will be considered in order of receipt.
10. The organisers reserve the right to close entries to any
section.
11. The organisers reserve the right to cancel any section of the
Festival, subject to the number of entries received, in which
case entry fees will be refunded.
12. Late entries will be subject to a late entry fee of $30.
